Status Indicator

Your status tells your agency whether you're on duty, off duty, responding, or otherwise unavailable.

1) Tap your status badge​

The status badge appears at the top of the Home tab and on the map. Tap it to change.

2) Choose a new status​

Pick from the list of agency-defined statuses — for example:

  • Available
  • On Scene
  • Off Duty
  • In Transit
  • Out of Service

3) Tap Confirm​

Tap Confirm to send the status update. Your teammates will see it right away.

Keep your status current — it helps dispatch and command assign the right resources.

Available statuses are configured by your agency admin and may look different from the examples above.
