Phone Dialer

Place phone calls through REDENES using your agency's phone system.

Phone dialer

1) Open the dialer​

From the Home tab, tap Phone.

2) Enter a number​

Dial a number on the keypad, or tap a recent contact.

3) Tap Call​

Tap the green call button to start the call.

4) Manage the call​

During a call you can:

  • Mute your microphone
  • Turn on the Speaker
  • Switch to Keypad for automated menus
  • Tap End to hang up

Phone features need a valid SIP/phone account configured by your agency.
