Incidents List
Open the Incidents tab to reach your agency's incident tools, browse active and closed incidents, search the list, and open one to work it.
Incident Overview
A tour of the incident workspace: the Info, Comms, Maps, and Additional tabs, their sub-tabs, unread badges, and the live incident timer.
Info Tab
The incident's core record on the Info tab — the Current working details, the ICS audit view, and the running History of changes.
Communications Tab
Reach the field three ways from one incident — live and virtual radio channels with push-to-talk, message threads, and phone calls over the network.
Maps Tab
The incident's map and navigation — turn-by-turn Directions to incident destinations, a full drawing and layers map, and track playback.
Additional Tab
The supporting paperwork for an incident — the Checklist of tasks, the Personal roster of people on scene, and free-form Notes.
Incident Side Menu
The slide-out command tools menu inside Command View — open PAR, Resources, Timers, and Audio Hub, and switch the command board between its views.
Command View
The full command workspace for running an incident — the command board, the command tools menu, the incident tabs, and the incident clock in one screen.
Command Tabs
The five tabs across the top of Command View — Command, Info, Maps, Comms, and Additional — how to move between them and how their unread badges work.
Add a Command Item
Add a unit or task to the command board — name it, pick a worksheet template, and link the map objects that show where the work is happening.
Personnel Accountability (PAR)
Run an accountability check — confirm units and individual members, flag anyone unaccounted for, and watch the timer since each unit's last PAR.
Audio Hub
Pick a radio position or command channel, choose a tone or pre-recorded message, then connect, receive, and transmit from one command panel.
Incident Timeline
Replay how an incident unfolded — manage per-person timeline records and control exactly how location points, rings and overlays draw on the map over time.
Command Timers
Create incident timers with alert intervals, then start, stop, reset, edit or delete them — with rows that turn red the moment a benchmark is reached.
Command Notes
Add, change, or clear the short note attached to a unit or a command task so everyone reading the command board sees the same status.
Command Resources
See every unit and every person committed to the incident in one searchable list, with board locations and one-tap contact cards.
Task Maps
Draw, name, and save polygon zones on the live incident map, and get an alert on your phone when you walk into or out of one.
Tasks & Units
Check off which units are assigned to a command task, attach or detach a unit from another, and review the people on each one.
Unit Overview
See the roster for a single unit, open a member's contact card, or check off the members who will move into a new split unit.
Split a Unit
Name the new unit created when you split members off an existing unit, then save it onto the command board beside the original.
Certifications Data
Check which qualifications are on scene, viewed by person, by unit, or by certification, with a live count beside every row.
Contact Details
Open the read-only contact card for any person you tap while working in the command views, without losing your place in the list.
Intenscreen Device
Review the REDENES display devices the app has discovered on the local network, with each one's ID, name, location, area, and description.
Weather Forecast
Pull live National Weather Service conditions and a period-by-period forecast for the incident address, in Fahrenheit and Celsius.
Map Shapes & Objects
Turn saved map markers, freehand drawings, and polygons on or off by folder or one at a time, and open one to view or edit it.
Rename an Incident
Type or change an incident name in a quick single-field popup, with the keyboard already open and a check that stops a blank name.
Capture a Signature
Capture a signer's name and hand-drawn signature on an incident record, or open a signature already on file read-only.
